2023 intentions

In 2023, I decided to leave all that was familiar behind and embarked on a journey, on a physical and soul level, to fully define who I am.

My words for the year are serendipity, connection and alchemy.

SERENDIPITY

Leaning into the unknown, be guided by intuition, savoring each moment and the sweet surprises that come with serendipitous connection.

CONNECTION

Sharing myself and creating community, publishing the writings that are so close to my heart and I've kept to myself over the years and telling the stories of people that have inspired me along the way.

ALCHEMY

Alchemizing this soul-wrenching heartbreak into an opportunity to grow. Using this profound loss as a way to create space, and fill it with what really sets my soul on fire.
